Passionate about mindful movement and self-discovery, Laura blends traditional yoga principles with modern insights, emphasizing breath, strength, and alignment. Known for her love of backbends, she sees them as symbols of resilience and openness. Through her classes and retreats, she guides others to deepen their practice, reconnect with themselves, and embrace personal growth
