What to expect from our Yoga Retreats at Limba
At Limba, our retreats are more than just an escape—they are an invitation to slow down, reconnect, and rediscover yourself through the healing power of movement, nature, and mindful living.Nestled between forests, open fields, and the Baltic Sea, Limba is a place where the cycles of nature guide our rhythm. Each retreat is thoughtfully designed to honor these natural flows, creating an experience that nourishes both body and soul.
Movement as Medicine
Yoga at Limba is a journey—whether through dynamic flows, deep stretches, or mindful stillness, each practice is crafted to support physical strength, mobility, and balance while creating space for healing and transformation. We explore breathwork, mindfulness, and body awareness, allowing movement to become a tool for self-discovery.
A Deep Connection with Nature
Here, you will wake up with the sun, practice under open skies, and rest surrounded by the whisper of trees and the salty Baltic breeze. Walking barefoot in the grass, breathing in the forest air, and aligning with the rhythm of nature allows you to return to a simpler, more authentic way of being.
Seasonal Nourishment – From Earth to Table
Food is an integral part of our retreats. We embrace wholesome, seasonal, and locally sourced ingredients, much of which come directly from our own permaculture garden. You’ll enjoy nourishing meals that fuel both movement and rest, cooked with care and shared in a communal setting under our pergola.
A Space to Grow & Evolve
Each retreat offers a unique theme, ranging from personal growth and self-inquiry to deep physical practice and energetic balance. Whether exploring backbends, breathwork, mindfulness, or embracing the wisdom of nature, you will leave with new perspectives, deeper self-awareness, and memories that stay with you long after you return home. At Limba, you come as you are—to move, to breathe, to heal, to connect. Whether you seek rest, transformation, or simply the joy of being, this space is yours to explore.Welcome to Limba.
